Cemplex Group is a specialty concrete subcontractor with more than 30 years’ experience and operations across Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Florida and Ohio. The company wanted enterprise-wide reporting in Tableau, but its accounting, payroll and inventory data lived in separate legacy 32‑bit indexed files across nine subcontracting companies, making drill-downs and consolidated reporting tedious and time-consuming.

CONNX provided a 32‑to‑64‑bit bridge and DB Adapter that presented the indexed files as a relational data source and combined the nine companies’ data into a single view for Tableau. The solution simplified implementation, helped resolve permissions issues during install, and enabled relational reporting and analytics across legacy and enterprise data so the CIO could use Tableau for all reporting needs.
