BRC, Sichuan Languang Development Co., Ltd., faced major process management challenges as more than 8,000 documents across its businesses were outdated, hard to find, and difficult to keep aligned with operations. Software AG helped BRC organize scattered processes and documents, clarify roles and responsibilities, and create a more visual, controlled process governance model. As a result, BRC reported an average 50% increase in overall process efficiency, a 32% rise in single-person processing efficiency, and reduced headquarters staffing from more than 700 to just over 300 as employees were redeployed more effectively.
