Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba (BANCOR) is the official public bank of Córdoba, Argentina, with a near-150-year history, 152 branches, more than 3,000 employees and roughly 1.7 million customers. Facing a rapidly changing banking sector, BANCOR struggled with 98% of its processes documented on paper, little automation, no bank-wide process map and growing compliance and efficiency risks that limited new product development and customer experience.
