Diplomat is a global distributor headquartered in Israel with business units in Israel, South Africa, Cyprus and Georgia, operating 40,000+ direct distribution points and large logistics centers. Facing undocumented changes from an earlier SAP implementation, the company needed to become process-oriented, apply uniform corporate standards across units and execute rapid, low-risk SAP rollouts without disrupting ongoing sales or exceeding budgets.

Working with Seker Consult, Diplomat adopted the ARIS BPM platform to model and manage 400+ end-to-end processes at headquarters, then replicated and adapted them in a focused South Africa workshop. The ARIS-based approach delivered a July 1 go‑live with zero sales disruption and no budget overrun (vs. a 12% overrun on a smaller project), reduced post‑blueprint changes by 80%, cut analysis time in half, achieved 99.9% accurate authorizations, and made future rollouts and training fast and repeatable.
