MEDHOST, a provider of enterprise healthcare solutions, partnered with SoftServe to develop a new patient and provider engagement platform called YourCareCommunity. The challenge was to automate and simplify healthcare communication tasks to improve the customer experience, which is a key differentiator in the industry.

SoftServe implemented a solution using a microservice architecture on AWS, built with Docker containers for scalability and fast deployment. This modern approach enabled MEDHOST to become more agile, cut development costs, and decrease time-to-market. The YourCareCommunity platform now helps over 340 hospitals across the United States improve consumer engagement and enhance patient care.
