A SoftServe Case Study
Cengage Learning, a leading provider of educational solutions, needed to optimize costs and achieve a faster time to market for its World Languages Learning Application. Their existing solution was obsolete, with workflows that were difficult to navigate, and it no longer met current market needs. They partnered with the vendor SoftServe to develop a modern, easy-to-use UI/UX design aimed at improving the experience for both students and instructors.
SoftServe's team utilized the Lean UX methodology to redesign the application, creating new workflows with integrated communication and gamification concepts. They delivered a complete set of 95 screens, including wireframes and detailed mock-ups, as well as an interactive HTML prototype. This approach provided Cengage with significant cost optimization, particularly for the creation of new titles, and resulted in a user-friendly design that enhanced the overall teaching and learning experience.
