**SoftServe** designed and implemented a Call Detail Recording (CDR) Data Warehouse solution with ETL processes, billing integration, and call-record processing features to enable consistent reporting, cost transparency, usage analysis, and fraud detection. The solution gave the client full control over voice consumption and decision-making, integrated statistics from multiple RIG devices, and scaled to handle 4,000,000 voice calls per day with 10 years of data retention.
