Smart Web App Maximizes Testing Efforts for Healthcare Leader

Healthcare Leader, a healthcare technology provider serving physician practices, hospitals, and other providers, needed a better way to test its unified universal API for EHR and practice management products. Manual regression testing and certification of partner applications was slow, labor-intensive, and error-prone, especially when comparing large volumes of data.

SoftServe implemented a smart web application that records API calls from client applications, replays them in a mocked environment, and compares baseline and playback results to highlight differences. The solution also supports private cloud environment setup, test scheduling, and email reporting, significantly improving testing productivity and uncovering issues missed by manual testing; the client is even considering patenting some of the approaches SoftServe developed.
