To solve this challenge, Panasonic partnered with SoftServe to build a smart cloud system for 24/7 monitoring and control from a single device, with secure connectivity and real-time status updates.

SoftServe delivered a cloud-based climate management solution with hardware and software integration, supporting internet or 3G connections, remote maintenance advice, alarms, scheduling, and user management. Built in about 6 months by a team of 7 engineers, the system provided encrypted data protection, RS485-based integration with existing equipment, and a fully scalable platform that helped Panasonic improve reliability and optimize energy consumption.
