Resorts World Sentosa, a premium lifestyle destination resort in Singapore, needed a unified way to connect customer experiences across its hotels, attractions, restaurants, casino, and loyalty programs. To solve this challenge, SoftServe worked with Sitecore and multiple internal and external systems to support advanced multilingual content management, consistent data exchange, and coordinated marketing across channels and devices.
SoftServe implemented and integrated Sitecore with Oracle OPERA, SmsDome, IBM Watson Campaign Automation, and in-house systems via Microsoft BizTalk, creating a connected experience platform for content, bookings, personalization, and campaigns. The solution enabled headless content delivery, easier multilingual updates, and better use of engagement data for personalized offers, helping Resorts World Sentosa improve customer satisfaction, strengthen loyalty programs, and run more effective marketing campaigns.
