They partnered with SoftServe to design and develop an innovative provider notification mobile app and supporting enterprise platform that could alert care teams in real time and let providers configure notification frequency and channels.

SoftServe delivered iOS and Android mobile apps for both providers and patients, backed by a scalable, highly available platform that integrated multiple data sources and supported real-time event processing. The solution enabled notifications for admissions, discharges, prescription alerts, abnormal lab values, and direct patient messages, while also helping patients find care, chat with staff, and track claims.
