Global Biopharmaceutical Company, a Brussels-based biopharmaceutical enterprise with more than 7,500 employees in about 40 countries, needed to harmonize its technology stack and migrate more than 60 digital assets from multiple platforms onto a single common platform. The company also needed to design a new digital experience based on Drupal and enable secure integration with an external Patient Storage Service to meet data protection requirements.

SoftServe built a cloud-agnostic Drupal 8 platform on Azure and implemented a multisite architecture to consolidate the company’s websites, support content deployment across environments, and manage different user workflows for patients and doctors. SoftServe’s solution delivered a scalable CMS and infrastructure that simplified support and maintenance, improved processes, and reduced costs while enabling the client to migrate and operate all digital assets on one unified platform.
