Pharmaceuticals Distributor, a U.S.-based company serving the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, needed help modernizing a fragile system made up of many tightly coupled tools that exchanged data across multiple modules. Any change to one interface could trigger cascading changes elsewhere, so the company sought SoftServe and MuleSoft to reduce dependencies, improve maintainability, and provide ongoing support.

SoftServe helped the customer move four business services to a new B2B Commerce platform and build a centralized online B2B hub with a better customer experience and a single view of product offerings. Using MuleSoft as the integration layer, SoftServe connected data flows between systems, mapped drug data from an external provider into the new platform, and enabled monthly product-data synchronization and order routing to warehouse management, improving consistency and supporting the transition away from the legacy system.
