Leading Payment Service Provider, a leader in payment processing services, needed to quickly integrate a new merchant webservice layer with its payment partner ecosystem. Although it already had one integration point with the customer’s platform, its team was too slow to implement key payment risk management features, leading to authorization issues and declined transactions, and putting its preferred-partner status at risk. SoftServe was brought in to support the integration effort for the client’s payment processing and security capabilities.

SoftServe designed and built a hosted connector that transformed merchant transaction data into a format compatible with the payment processor’s secure risk management API, enabling secure validation and completion of transactions. After workshops, architecture analysis, and a feasibility study, SoftServe delivered the solution on time and on budget, passed PCI DSS audit requirements, and provided a reliable, available, and secure integration with clustered deployment and guaranteed message delivery. The result reduced risk, relieved the in-house team, and added functionality such as void message support from any stage of the payment authentication process.
