Medhost improves patient provider relationship with Yourcare community

MEDHOST, a healthcare technology provider serving more than 1,100 facilities, wanted to improve the patient-provider experience by creating YourCareCommunity, a new cloud-based patient engagement solution. The challenge was to automate and simplify patient and provider communication while giving patients and caregivers easier online access to personal health records and related tools.

SoftServe partnered with MEDHOST to build YourCareCommunity on AWS using a microservices architecture with Docker, CI/CD automation, service registry, and centralized configuration management. The solution improved agility, reduced development costs, and shortened time to market, while helping MEDHOST expand the platform to support more than 340 hospitals across the United States and strengthen consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
