Marketing Efficiency for Global Consulting Firm

Global Consulting Firm, one of the world’s largest management consulting firms, needed a faster, more scalable way to help its clients optimize billions in marketing spend. The company was relying on a manual diagnostics process that took 4–8 weeks, and it wanted a digital solution that could deliver meaningful spend-optimization recommendations within the first week. SoftServe partnered with the firm to design and build the solution, including an MVP for marketing spend diagnostics and opportunity analysis.

SoftServe delivered a web-based platform with data ingestion, diagnostics engines, savings calculation, and dashboard/reporting capabilities, built on Go microservices, TypeScript/Redux frontend, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL. The new solution automated manual analysis, incorporated benchmarks, and improved the client’s ability to identify reinvestment opportunities and marketing savings much faster, while also laying the groundwork for future multi-tenant, real-time, and third-party-integrated capabilities.
