Real Estate Assets Company, an onshore and offshore landlord serving third-party wind farm operators, needed a better way to predict and control revenue across multiple fee schemas. Working with SoftServe, the company had to quickly remediate a reporting system that lacked documentation, had become harder to manage after internal changes, and was difficult to align with broader revenue tracking and forecasting tools.

SoftServe implemented Version 3 of a budgeting tool that consolidates data from multiple MS Excel sheets, connects Version 2 to a database, and adds data integration, updated business rules, and improved reporting for ProjectGeneration and ProjectRevenue. The result was a more modular and maintainable VBA-based solution with major performance improvements, fixed bugs, better integration with existing systems, and recommendations for improving business processes.
