SoftServe worked with a U.S. Automotive Lead Distribution Company that serves seven major OEMs and about 1,400 dealers across the U.S. The customer needed an enterprise lead management system to handle lead and sales management, lead nurturing, lead data appending and normalization, bi-directional CRM integration, and customized workflows to fit each OEM’s specific processes, structure, and reporting needs.
SoftServe delivered a flexible lead management solution using its Abiliton approach, covering architecture, business analysis, design, feature/component implementation, and UI design. The result was improved scalability, flexibility, and maintainability, along with higher business and revenue through better lead generation and management, a concierge program, and improved lead processing system performance; the solution also enabled BI reporting that helped secure new client contracts.
