International Personal Finance Creates Customer-Focused Application For Credit Automation With Sitecore and Salesforce

International Personal Finance (IPF), a leading provider of home credit and digital loans, needed a way to automate credit decisions in a single application while creating a consistent customer view across channels and systems. To address this challenge, SoftServe helped IPF connect its Sitecore and Salesforce environments, along with Amazon Web Services access control, as part of a customer-focused credit automation initiative.

SoftServe implemented a multi-system integration layer using Mulesoft to support secure, reusable APIs and enable teams to work in parallel with data and implementation mocking. The solution delivered a proof of concept to reduce risk and cost, a fully integrated payments and partner-services workflow, and hosted processes that help IPF recommend the most appropriate products to customers faster and more reliably.
