Leading Automotive Company, a major automotive technology player focused on telematics, infotainment, car connectivity, and safety, needed to build a unique high-end infotainment system for future vehicle models. SoftServe was selected to help deliver HMI screens, modules, infotainment themes, and a companion telematics application for iOS and Android, while also supporting full test coverage, program governance, and time-to-market goals.

SoftServe delivered end-to-end support across business analysis, HMI design and development, telematics app development, and verification and validation for key features such as navigation, audio/radio, Bluetooth, messaging, vehicle functions, and connection management. The project resulted in 300+ features, 400+ HMI screens, 15 modules, 5 HMI themes, and 2 mobile applications, with 100% reviewed artifacts, 100% coverage of critical use cases, 100% requirements traceability, and a rapid team scale-up of 6x within three months.
