Kony, a cloud-based provider of mobility and omnichannel banking software, needed help extending its Infinity DBX platform beyond its US-focused use case to support corporate banking and EMEA-specific regulations for a Middle East bank customer. SoftServe was brought in to align the platform to local compliance needs and to address the complexity of multiple banking streams, separate user bases, and heavy support overhead across retail and corporate channels.

SoftServe implemented Infinity DBX across mobile and responsive web applications for retail and corporate banking, covering both conventional and region-specific branches, plus a back-office Customer 360 interface and integrations with third-party touchpoints. The solution emphasized high availability, scalability, data isolation, and maintainability, with SoftServe also proposing alternative clustered Kubernetes-based architecture options. The result was a stronger digital banking foundation that improved customer experience, expanded market opportunities, and set the stage for future growth, while helping Kony bridge gaps between customer needs and platform capabilities.
