E-Prescribe platform for betterRX supports seamless RX fulfilment for terminally ill patients

BetterRX, a hospice-focused PBM using AI and proprietary ePrescribing technology, needed help strengthening its platform to meet strict healthcare and DEA/EPCS regulatory requirements, connect with a wider network of pharmacies, and improve the security, scalability, and deployment process of its AWS-based infrastructure. To address these challenges, BetterRX worked with SoftServe on its ePrescribe solution and supporting cloud environment.

SoftServe delivered the project in three phases, adding compliance capabilities, external pharmacy integrations, security and redundancy improvements, and DevOps-driven CI/CD automation. The result was a more scalable and manageable prescription platform that helped BetterRX speed releases, reduce manual deployment errors, and support seamless prescription fulfillment for terminally ill patients while benefiting from rapid provisioning, monitoring, and AWS cloud scalability.
