Leading U.S. E-Commerce Company partnered with SoftServe to expand monetization beyond premium app accounts. The customer’s anonymous mobile shopping app aggregated eCommerce sites and helped users browse, tag, and organize products, but it needed a new way to drive revenue and add value for shoppers and retailers through in-store engagement and loyalty.

SoftServe implemented an in-store messaging and loyalty solution powered by iBeacon devices, a retailer dashboard, backend device management, and an enhanced mobile app. The program enabled location-based offers, repeat-visit rewards, and easy customer participation without manual check-ins.
