SoftServe worked with a leading smart home technology provider serving customers across the United States and Canada. The company needed to replace its call-center-based Pre-Install and Post-Install surveys with a digital experience that would reduce human interaction, improve consistency, and support contract and installation verification more efficiently.

SoftServe delivered a digital survey solution with separate execution and configuration modules, including an iOS native app for survey completion and a web-based back office for survey setup and version control. The team also integrated an open source survey engine to reduce Qualtrics licensing costs. The solution has already supported surveys for over 130 customers and is expected to save the client around $3M per year while reducing work orders, sales call duration, and overall survey management effort.
