American Multinational Technology Company, a global technology leader operating in more than 170 countries, needed to migrate sensitive data from an expensive Oracle platform to Hadoop while also standardizing its technology stack and modernizing the web UI across product offerings. SoftServe supported the initiative as part of a digital marketing optimization effort, with the goal of creating a common, modern interface for major components and reports.

SoftServe developed a digital marketing optimization solution that turns web analytics and customer profile data into personalized marketing campaigns across web, mobile, email, and other channels. The solution also automated product recommendations and provided a flexible UI for algorithm changes, business rule management, and recommendation preview. As a result, the client achieved cost optimization, process improvements, and new market opportunities, while successfully moving from Oracle to Hadoop and launching an initial version of the new web UI layer.
