Cengage Learning, a leading global provider of teaching and learning solutions, needed to modernize its World Languages Learning Application to better support language teaching and learning workflows. The company wanted to reduce costs, accelerate time to market, and replace an outdated interface that no longer met current educational market needs, so it partnered with SoftServe for UI/UX design services.

SoftServe delivered a responsive UI/UX redesign using Lean UX and InVision prototyping, creating improved student and instructor workflows, communication features, and gamification elements. The project produced 95 screens, including wireframes and detailed mockups, and resulted in a modern, user-friendly prototype that helped Cengage Learning optimize costs, especially for new title creation.
