SoftServe helped a multinational consumer goods company with 40,000+ employees modernize how pharmacies order its health, hygiene, and home products. The company wanted to add a third ordering channel—a B2B platform—so pharmacies could browse all SKUs and place orders more easily, after an earlier vendor failed to fully use Salesforce capabilities or deliver a high-quality solution.

SoftServe took over the project, reworked the existing build, and developed the B2B e-commerce platform using Salesforce technologies while managing future product rollouts. The solution launched in four countries—Russia, Australia, Poland, and Spain—with 10 more markets planned the following year, delivering faster time-to-market, improved ordering, and successful releases recognized across the client’s organization.
