A SoftServe Case Study
Gotransverse, a financial services company with a multi-tenant SaaS billing platform, needed a more scalable and consistent way to manage production environments across multiple availability zones and regions. Working with SoftServe, the company set out to automate deployments, support disaster recovery and rollback, and modernize its infrastructure after moving away from Rancher-managed clusters.
SoftServe implemented an AWS-based, infrastructure-as-code approach using tools like Terraform and Ansible, along with a multi-account strategy, AWS best practices, and managed services such as EC2, RDS, VPC, Route53, ALB, ElastiCache, SQS, SNS, and S3. The result was a major improvement in time to market: creating a new environment dropped from about five days to just several hours, while AWS autoscaling and managed services also helped reduce costs and operational risk.
