Epicor partnered with Softrax to improve the renewal and billing of maintenance contracts, subscription billing, and revenue recognition across its global business.

Softrax implemented a modular revenue management and billing solution that integrated with Epicor’s ERP and supported acquisitions with data migration and seamless onboarding. The result was a highly automated system that now processes about 60,000 contracts per month for more than 20,000 customers and roughly 725,000 renewing products, helping Epicor scale more efficiently, improve controls, and support better customer self-service.
