Integral Ed, a consulting firm specializing in online and blended learning curriculum, needed to replace TSheets by Intuit with a more flexible, project-based time tracking system. Using Softr and Airtable, the team wanted better permission management, real-time visibility into project progress and budget usage, and a setup that could adapt to changing team roles across projects.

Softr helped Integral Ed build custom internal apps, including the TIME timesheet app and the TASK workflow app, both powered by the same Airtable database. The result was major operational improvements: over 2,000 task requests processed, more than 8,000 timesheets transferred, and 20+ active members using the system, while also improving communication, project clarity, and reporting.
