Selfless Fiji, a non-profit in Fiji, was managing volunteer sign-ups and project coordination in spreadsheets as applications grew quickly. Founder Solomone Rabuli was spending up to 60 emails a day confirming sign-ups and sharing project details, with no efficient way to track engagement or measure community impact. Softr and Airtable were used to create a more scalable volunteer management system.

Softr built a custom CRM for Selfless Fiji with multi-step sign-up forms, a project hub, capacity controls, announcements, and support for under-18 volunteers through parental registration. The redesigned platform now manages just under 2,500 volunteers, has supported 27 community projects, and helped drive a 200% increase in volunteers while saving the founder several hours each day.
