How Torigen built a HubSpot customer portal to transform the medical submission process

Torigen Pharmaceuticals, a pioneer in personalized cancer vaccines for animals, needed to replace a paper-based medical submission process that required manual data entry into HubSpot. As the company expanded into specialty pathology services, its existing workflow couldn’t handle more complex data requirements, and HubSpot’s native portal wasn’t meeting the customer experience they wanted.

Using Softr, Torigen built a HubSpot-connected customer portal with conditional online submission forms, ticket tracking, status visibility, and a resource hub. The portal streamlined submissions for 250+ veterinary clinics, processes 600+ samples per month, and saves an employee 3–4 hours per day. Torigen also says Softr made it easy to adapt the system when data formatting needed to change, and plans are underway to add invoicing and a community forum.
