How TASC sped up client document collection with a custom portal

TASC, a trusted finance and accounting services company, needed a more efficient way to collect financial documents and client information from its 80+ accounting clients. Its manual process relied on email requests, Google Sheets tracking, and an ineffective Google Drive integration, which slowed reporting and created delays. Using Softr with Airtable, Make, and Google Sheets, Softr delivered a client document portal for TASC with automated recurring document requests, secure client uploads, and smart routing into Google Drive folders. The result was a system that handles 3–10 recurring document requests per client each month for 80+ clients, reducing back-and-forth, saving time, improving accuracy and data security, and helping TASC build and test the app in just 20 hours.
