FUGA, a global music distribution company, needed a better way to share reporting, stock data, and release information with more than 1,600 clients. Their existing process relied on manual PDFs, spreadsheets, and long forms, which created a time-consuming, repetitive client experience. They turned to Softr to help build a branded, self-service portal.
Using Softr, FUGA created SCORE, a custom client portal with live dashboards, automated reporting, role-based visibility, and streamlined client submissions connected to Airtable and BigQuery. The new system replaced static reports, let clients update their own information, and saved the team more than 5 hours a week on reporting. Softr also helped FUGA deliver a more transparent, scalable client experience that is now being expanded into white-label versions.
