Designity, a Creative-as-a-Service platform for clients and US-based creatives, needed a better way to manage projects across scattered emails and tools. Its existing project management options, including monday.com and Asana, weren’t flexible enough or aligned with the company’s branded, multi-user workflow for clients, creative directors, and creative team members.

Using Softr with Airtable and Fillout, Designity built three interconnected portals: a brand portal, a creative director portal, and a creative team portal. Softr helped the team launch the system in 9 weeks, support 500+ users, and sync 108K Airtable records, streamlining 8+ workflows such as project requests, timelines, approvals, reporting, onboarding, and account management without needing in-house developers.
