Frontier, an advance market commitment funded by Stripe Climate, needed a way to organize and present a dynamic database of carbon removal knowledge gaps. Their challenge was to build a user interface on top of an Airtable database that would allow experts to filter, upvote, comment on, and submit new items. They turned to the vendor Softr to provide this solution.

Using Softr to quickly build a configurable UI for their Airtable database, Frontier launched the interactive tool. The solution had a significant impact, resulting in hundreds of upvotes and over 50 new submissions within just four weeks of launch. The project successfully attracted interest from several major organizations intending to use the database to launch targeted funding programs, achieving its initial goal.
