Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation needed a better way to run its curriculum hub. The team was managing course and program information across Airtable and Google Sheets, but they faced inconsistent data entry, a difficult user experience, and limited permissions for different user roles.

Using Softr with Airtable, Arizona State University built a custom intranet-style curriculum hub that standardized data, simplified navigation, and enabled role-based access and updates without giving everyone Airtable access. With Softr, the university launched the hub in under two months, saw more than 1,200 unique users in the first month, and achieved about 90% adoption among core users.
