UNIT Universidade Tiradentes, part of the Tiradentes Group that serves 50,000 students across multiple institutions in Brazil’s northeast, needed to automate and improve management and traceability of building and property maintenance that had been handled via calls to its Shared Services Center (CSC). To address this challenge UNIT selected SoftExpert and its enterprise asset management product, SoftExpert EAM.
SoftExpert implemented an Asset Management Process automated through SoftExpert EAM using the Process, Form, Incident, Asset and Maintenance, Request and Documents modules. The solution provided physical location–based asset control, corrective maintenance workflows, authorized asset movement tracking, maintenance scheduling, automated notice mailing and publication of final service order reports—delivering improved traceability, faster processing and centralized maintenance management for UNIT.
