Unipago Improves Processes with SoftExpert

Unipago, the Dominican Republic Social Security System (DRSS) database processor based in Santo Domingo, needed to streamline operations after managing incidents, risks and audits in separate tools and many manual processes. To address this, Unipago chose SoftExpert and its SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite) to centralize and automate organizational processes.

SoftExpert implemented SE Suite to integrate incidents, risks, assets, auditing, processes and document management across 125 users and multiple departments (HR, Purchasing, Auditing, Risks and Process Quality). As a result, Unipago reduced costs and manual work, nearly eliminated paper use, cut HR processing time for vacation/absence requests from ten hours to four, shortened committee meeting time for purchase requests, and improved audit evidence traceability.
