Tecnosulfur Increases Productivity and Control with SoftExpert

Tecnosulfur, a Grupo SKW company in the Iron & Steel sector with 120 employees and operations across Brazil and Latin America, was struggling with manual control of more than 300 physical documents and paper-based processing of nonconformities across its Quality Management System. To modernize and automate these processes, Tecnosulfur implemented SoftExpert’s SE Suite, using the SE Document and SE Action modules to digitize document management and action-plan workflows.

SoftExpert’s SE Document and SE Action were rolled out to roughly 30 routine users across Quality, Projects, Commercial, Procurement, Production and Maintenance, computerizing document control and corrective/preventive actions. The SoftExpert implementation reduced time spent on document distribution and CAPA handling, freed up personnel, improved audit performance against NBR:ISO 9001, and eliminated nonconformities—delivering measurable productivity, control and greater reliability of information for Tecnosulfur.
