Isuzu Motors unit in Turkey acquires SoftExpert solution to boost operational efficiency

Isuzu’s Turkish unit, part of the global Isuzu Motors organization, faced challenges with non-standardized processes that made it hard to assign responsibilities, meet deadlines and track results across its high-volume diesel engine and vehicle operations. To boost operational efficiency and improve workflow, document and KPI management, Isuzu selected SoftExpert and its SoftExpert Excellence Suite.

SoftExpert deployed the Excellence Suite beginning in Quality Control (project led by partner Süreç Yönetim Merkezi), using integrated components—Analytics, Process, Form, Performance, Document, Indicator and Workflow—to provide real-time activity tracking. The SoftExpert implementation delivered clearer, centralized information, reduced errors and delays, optimized processes and increased productivity, enabling managers to make safer, more assertive decisions.
