Fast Shop - Customer Case Study

Fast Shop, a Brazilian retailer with 70 stores, an e-commerce site drawing more than 5 million visitors per month and roughly US$456 million in 2016 revenue, struggled with a manual corporate sales workflow. About 500 company orders per month were handled via Excel and email by 15 staff across sales, back office and finance, which made collecting data for indicators and reports and managing ongoing processes difficult. SoftExpert implemented SoftExpert BPM to automate a macroprocess for corporate sales made up of four subprocesses: Customer Registration, Product Quotation, Credit Analysis and Purchase Order.
