BR Home Center, a holding formed from the merger of TendTudo, Casa Show and QuatreLog and one of Brazil’s five largest home center chains (25 stores, 7 Distribution Centers, US$136.8 million revenue in 2017 and 2,060 employees), faced delays from manual process data collection, loss of information when collaborators left, and excess or duplicate material consumption.
