ZAPS Technologies, led by Mike Brown, needed to turn a LabVIEW prototype into production‑level software for its optical water‑analysis products. To solve this, ZAPS hired Softeq to take responsibility for the full stack — from machine‑level firmware to web user interfaces — and to partner with ZAPS’ research and development team to industrialize the prototype.

Softeq implemented the conversion, coordinating across a 9–10 hour time difference and even embedding a Softeq developer onsite in Minsk for about two months to streamline collaboration. The engagement resulted in production‑quality software that was developed, delivered and shipped, enabled further product improvements, and earned a strong recommendation from ZAPS for Softeq’s ability to deliver and advise on better technical approaches.
