The client needed a SaaS-ready, subscription-based interface that would support the full sales cycle (measurement-based quoting through payment and accounting), integrate with third-party backends, CRM and a payment gateway, and accommodate evolving requirements that affected scope and deadlines.
SOFTEQ delivered a rich web front-end (Kendo UI, Knockout.js on Microsoft .NET/SQL Server) that enables quotes-to-orders, PO generation, order monitoring, invoicing, payment via Authorize.Net, accounting and inventory management, plus email and reporting integrations. The new front-end transformed the traditional ERP system into a full-scale SaaS solution, providing on-the-go access, faster turnaround and improved UX—expected to increase retailer sales, boost productivity and realize significant cost and time savings.
