A Softeq Case Study
Kinduct, a data and analytics software provider, needed to extend its Athlete Management System with a mobile app so athletes could coordinate workout schedules with coaches, track progress, and work offline when travelling. They engaged Softeq to deliver an iOS and Android athlete performance app that integrates with the web platform, uses Touch ID and password-based two-factor authentication and OAuth 2.0 for security, and supports offline/online sync.
Softeq built the cross-platform app using Telerik UI for Xamarin so a single C# code base serves both platforms; athletes can view daily sessions, log performance, and sync data to Kinduct’s system while coaches use the web platform to analyze and adapt programs. The app launched on iTunes and Google Play, earned “overwhelmingly positive” user feedback, improved athlete–coach coordination and data capture, and led Kinduct to plan further enhancements and hand more backend work to Softeq.
