Softeq delivered a demo app for NVIDIA Shield, Android tablets and iPad that uses ATSC 3.0 for transmission, H.265 encoding (double data compression) and HLS delivery, with ExoPlayer and ijkplayer for cross‑platform playback and GPU‑based video processing for smooth output.
