The customer, a UK software solution provider specializing in supply chain software, engaged Softeq to build an installable desktop CRM app (UWP/.NET) that sales representatives could use on PCs and Windows tablets to access client, order and sales data on the go and to distribute as a value-added service.
Softeq implemented a from-scratch desktop CRM with modules for sales history, data synchronization, security (password encryption and authentication) and custom UI/data visualizations, enabling users to create prospects, generate quotes, review account trends and sync changes with the back end despite its limitations. Softeq delivered a production-ready application with optimized functionality, animations and reliable sync cycles that improved on-the-go access to business-critical data and supported the customer’s plan to distribute the app to their clients.
