SOFTEQ worked with a UK consulting customer that needed to mobilize its sales efforts by giving field teams on-the-fly access to critical CRM data. The challenge was enabling secure, fast access to prospect records and the ability to add, view and edit opportunities from mobile devices; SOFTEQ proposed native mobile app development integrated with the customer’s SharePoint-based CRM.
SOFTEQ delivered a Metro-style Windows Phone native app integrated with the customer’s Microsoft SharePoint CRM, enabling sales reps to access and update prospect data, create new opportunities, and edit existing records directly in the field. The SOFTEQ solution achieved a quick fixed-price turnaround, mobilized CRM access for faster sales responsiveness, and streamlined opportunity management for improved sales productivity.
