A major provider of telecommunications app software engaged Softeq to build multiplatform mobile and desktop add‑ins that would enable an in‑app view of TripAdvisor listings across 40 regions. The customer needed an experienced outsourced team to deliver end‑to‑end VoIP and messaging add‑in functionality (using the customer's SDK) for iOS, Android and desktop without forcing users to leave the chat app.
